At Facing Cancer Together we provide people with cancer and their families support services that allow them to live the best quality of life possible while navigating through the terrain of life with cancer. Our belief is that community based support is a valuable complement to medical care, helping people feel less alone, discover ways to maximize their well-being and find hope.
CHINESE BRUSH PAINTING: In this weekly class, Randi Meryl teaches the basics of Chinese Brush Painting, an accessible and meditative art form. Suitable for all levels. Fridays at 10:00 a.m. Check calendar for dates.

Weather Policy: Please note that FCT is closed due to inclement weather if the Newton Public Schools close. If Newton Public Schools are not in session, please call the FCT number (617-332-5777) to listen to a general message letting you know if FCT groups and other programs are happening.
Flu Season: If you have ANY of the following symptoms, we ask that you not attend programs at FCT: sore throat, scratchy throat, headache, runny or stuffy nose, aching body, fever, chills, cough, fatigue, vomiting or diarrhea. Please err on the side of being "overly cautious" when you consider whether to attend an event or group at Facing Cancer Together since many of our participants have very suppressed immune systems. Thank you!
